Have I been in denial all these years after sleeping with same sex

I always thought I only into men apart from a threesome one time, but last weekend I slept with another girl and it was amazing, better than any time I ever had with a man, admittedly I was rather drunk but she invited me round again yesterday and we spent the whole time having incredible sex, so now I'm confused, I always thought I was straight but now I'm wondering if I've been kidding myself the whole time and I'm actually a lesbian. I don't know why I'm posting this other than to get my thoughts out in the open.

I'm guessing it's as much of a problem as you want to make it.
Having found out that you enjoyed it more, is an additional door opening for you or does the other door need to be slammed shut?
A woman might be tactile and sensual in ways that few men would be, you might still like some aspects of sex with men.
I rarely recommend trying to have your cake and eat it, but maybe eclairs and doughnuts can both be on the menu.
Enjoy.

You can be bisexual you know ;) it isn't just a stepping stone to being a lesbian!

Could you imagine yourself in a relationship with a woman? Not everyone who likes sex with both sexes is bi-romantic. All and any combinations are fine so long as you are honest with the people you are having fun with!

Enjoy! In my experience f/f sex and relationships are much more intense and complex!

It took me to my late 20s/ early 30s to realise I was bisexual. I had had crushes on females and had even had sex with a few women but I was always in denial about it and convinced myself I was straight as I was more experienced with men, and that most women had these feelings towards other women. But now I am more accepting of my sexuality and it's clear to me that I am bisexual. I'm married to a man so I'm not going to be sleeping with any more women and I'm ok with that. But I am still very attracted to women.

Why are you one or the other? It is not necessarily a binary choice.
Great sex is great sex.

Not sure how old you are, but I read an article the other day that said women's gender preferences can be far more fluid than men's, particularly as they approach menopause.

Do you need to label yourself? Enjoy having a great time with whoever you're attracted to.

I was in my 30s before discovering my so called “bi side”. These days l just regard myself as “sexual”. No prefix required.

So you like having sex with men, you get nice sensations. Now you have had sex with a woman and you had nice sensations. Fine as far as that goes.
But do you want a relationship with either a man or a woman? If not that's fine too.
If you do want a relationship then there must be some feeling, perhaps not love, but there must at least be affection and some commitment to 'add value' to the sensations of sex and transform it into a relationship.
IMO.

I used to work with a woman, who had a long term male partner, who she then got engaged to and then married.

She would often openly tell us all on Mondays how she would go out with a female friend every Friday evening and then go back to hers and have sex with her and really enjoyed it.

Her partner knew about this, and also knew he would never be permitted to join in, and this continued after they got married, although I believe it was not weekly.
