So context my partner whom I love very much and I do mean very much. Has been going through a hard time just lately with depression it's been a few months since we've done anything of the sort and 5 years since 4 play I'm frustrated to say the least but don't say anything because I no how he's feeling. So last night I had a dream that I had sex with a stranger. Not going to lie it was amazing yes I no its just a dream. But now I feel really guilty for even having this dream or that maybe my mind even contemplates this. I could never tell him how frustrated I am because he always says I'm selfish for even thinking of asking for it he never wants it with me but does release himself. Am I selfish and I really a terrible person 🫣

a dream is just a dream, I wouldn’t give it a 2nd thought

bur your reality is different, if your partner does not want to make you happy, then time to rethink that person as your partner

He always says his mental health is just to bad but I think it's me

It just means you’re desperate for sex - nothing at all to feel guilty about - you’re not the problem!

You seriously need to re- think your relationship. He'll happily cum by himself, but hasn't given you foreplay for 5 years.
You're not selfish for asking for it, you shouldn't even need to ask, he should be happily giving it.

You're worth far more than what he's not giving.

@DaringFawn , Just a dream. An expression of frustration, but surely nothing to feel guilty over. We all have dreams, most are forgotten in the morning. At worst, a dream emphasises what we most want, but I'd just move on and don't dwell on It.

Sometimes I think it's good to have such dreams. It makes your life more interesting.

There is nothing wrong with it. You're only human. If you're going a while without sex (or other forms of release) and you have desires there is a point where your body gives in to it. Dreams are a natural way for body to release. Ive had some amazing dreams in the pat, and often driven by not having opportunity for sex or other release for a while.
