Rimming - Should I see a DR - one nght stand

So I had a one night stand last week and we both ended up rimming each other, first time I hve every done it and recieved it, this was 6 days ago. I am now worried I may have caught shigella or some thing like that. Day 5 I had a very upset stomach a couple of times and have been feeling sick since day , but not actually sick. I have also had a mix of normal and upset stomach movements. I have also had a muzzy head today and a gurgly tummy.

I am not sure if this is due t catching something, the web says it can take about a week to get ill which fits with the timescales, but also it has been so hot and I have been out in the sun al lot and changed my diet due to being on holiday. Lots of fried food and not much veg.

Not sure if it something I have been caught or the heat. Should I see a dr, I only have mildish symptoms but if it is shigella I think I need antibiotics.

Are you sure you have not just got a touch of heat stroke & dehydration?

Not sure, we kinda were in the moment when we did the act. Not something I would normally do and now I'm reading about all the illnesses you can get so worried.

Your symptoms are pretty vague, it could be anything or nothing. If you’ve been rimming without protection then you could also have been exposed to other STIs so it’s worth booking an appointment at a sexual health clinic and asking to be tested. Until then just treat the diarrhoea as you usually would with fluids and rest.

Perhaps some Pripsen might be advisable in case you've picked up some parasite eggs.
