How often do you have sex if you're not married?

Kinda wondering how this goes? I feel like I'm way back at the beginning as I've been single for a long long time. Been married hence the title and been so long ago I'm not sure the etiquette anymore.. Do people just have things casual? How often is casual?

I think many on here would accept when we get the offer. Given certain standard of hygiene and intelligence. That is the ability to read and write and tell the time.

There is no etiquette, it’s a case of doing what you (and the other person, obviously) doing what you want to do.

I'm 6 months out of a LTR. It's up to you. What do you want? If you want casual, that's readily available. If you want a relationship, look for that. I did 3 months on internet dating until I found current boyf, it's a whole new world and I found it quite an intense experience, good bits and bad bits but it did do the job.

Does it depend on ones own circumstances:-
A hard fought divorce usually colours ones attitude to men. Can be off putting for a longer time.
Fewer worries particularly about money, One might want to try again sooner.
My friend had been much more active sexually before her LTR. That break up affected her less than mine did.

These answers have been very refreshing and the recommendation is one I may opt for. Yes last LTR has been triggering. The momentum of being in a relationship is something that keeps me going but I do have to say that I worry I'll be on my own for a long period of time. And it'll be due to the intimacy thing being a factor. I'm terrified of anyone seeing my body after kids and now I'm older.. Grow old with dogs sounds so much simplier
