Have you discussed STI tests? My understanding is that there's an increased HIV transmission risk from anal sex than vaginal sex due to microtears in the rectum which occur no matter how careful you are. I've let my partner cum in my arse but only after we'd both exchanged several months of clear STI tests. Remember that HIV may not show on a test for 6 (I think) months.
