Sex Post Partum

Totally mortified to even be writing this but...

...sex after having a baby... how do other people do it? I'm 10 weeks post partum and I've tried today for the second time to have sex with DH and it's just so uncomfortable/bordering painful. Google searches suggest it should be normal after 8 weeks. Am I the only one feeling like this? 🤔🫣

No I was the same with my daughter !!! I actually ended up being diagnosed with a condition called lichen sclerosus which is an auto immune skin condition triggered by the hormones and will now be lifelong 🙄 I expect it’s highly highly unlikely the cause of your pain but just something to bare in mind if other things are all ruled out because it’s not all that common pre-menopause ! X
