Penis Pumps

Does anyone rate these? My boyfriend has just listened to a fitness podcast where the guys said the Penis is like a muscle and these help to maintain the muscle of the penis and also could help towards shrinkage as men age into their 60/70,s.... So he is keen to buy one know but I'm not sure if this is really how they work?..

The penis contains muscles and erectile tissue. I don’t have any evidence based research for my opinion but I would be wary of using a pump before it is necessary. I think it might create a negative impact on a man’s ability to have a spontaneous erection, like the body learns to rely on the pump. I don’t know for certain though!
