If you’re having sex with a man, missionary works if you put a pillow/wedge underneath your hips as his penis has to hit behind the clit about one or two inches up. Woman on top also works if he can keep his erection and doesn’t finish quickly because you are going to need time to grind against him to hit the same spot.

I never do without clit stimulation at the same time but I prefer to orgasm separately so I can just concentrate on that.

Never for me. In general trying to mix clitoral and vaginal stimulation just doesn't work for me, it kills them both off.

I've tried a few things. I did eventually manage to have a solo orgasm with a dildo inside me by using a bullet on my clit, but it was a really bad orgasm, almost unpleasant. After that I stopped worrying about it really.
