Can't orgasm with piv after c section

For some reason I simply cannot orgasm via piv sex after having my second c section, does anyone know why this could be? Tia!

I would say it's because you're absolutely shattered being a new mum and having a toddler, so aren't relaxed. Could that be the problem?
