Slippery lube flip flops, help!

So I was ‘prepping’ for the hope of a bit of anal action later and when applying lube I accidentally dripped a bit onto my flip flop 😂 - problem now is I can’t wear them, it’s so slippery, the flip flop is as slippery as hell and I’m going to have an injury at this rate if I continue to wear them! Anyone have any tips on getting rid of / neutralising lube so it’s less slippery?! Sawdust?! I love these flip flops!

What kind of lube is it? The advice is usually not to use silicon lube on silicone sex toys - I'm wondering if you've permanently damaged your flip-flops.
