Natural lube

My DP doesn't really like lube but we use it because I'm post menopausal and also had breast cancer in 2021and Im now taking Anastrozole which stops my body producing oestrogen.

Obviously this means I can get quite dry and need lubrication.

I tend to buy cheap supermarket own brand but wondered if there is something that has a more natural feel and doesn't give that extreme slippery-ness. I honestly use the tiniest bit but it still seems so artificially slippery.

I also wonder that once 'we get going' I start getting wet anyway, so it's like a double whammy!

Any ideas or suggestions please?

I just use coconut oil or almond oil

I use hybrid lube like Spit, a mixture of water-based and silicone lubes. You can get it on Amazon, I buy it from a kink place called Fetters. I find water-based or silicone ones both dry me out, and oil-based is too messy for me.

Olive oil works really well for us
cheap and always in the house

I quite like pjur... silicone based and doesn't need reapplying like some lubes.

I discovered Into The Wylde lube and it's been a gamechanger. organic and natural, so different to the durex rubbish I had used before

Oils are great (coconut oil eg) but they can degrade the latex if you're using condoms, just FYI!
