Second question ,
I've never ever squirted before , is that pretty average or do most women ?
I'm a bit self conscious about it and mostly that's because I don't know how to , I don't know what to expect etc.
like I said I've lived a pretty on off and dull sec life before so any advice on how to help me relax and learn this is much appreciated

I didn't squirt til I was in my 30's. I decided I was going to try and do it one day. I was home alone (so I wasn't interrupted), put a towel on the bed, drank water before (drink like a pint). I honestly think every woman has the potential. It comes from a gland called the skenes gland and when stimulated in a certain way it releases fluid. Although I learned how to make myself orgasm at a younger age and with a partner, I did not start squirting until I was in my early 30s.
