Dungeon recommendations Central London

Can anyone recommend any decent dungeons in central London? Although, they were advertised as such, both ones we’ve tried so far were not in central London. They were ok and plenty of fun ensued… but for various reasons we’ve decided they were not not for us and won’t revisit. We like using the apparatus, spanking chair, queening chair, spreaders, floggers etc so probably dungeon lite 😁… we also highly value a comfy clean bed and showering facilities. Any ideas?

My lady and I visited the London Dungeon Hire in a ex local authority block just next to Victoria park. It's run by a friendly dungeon keeper who will give you a tour of its very equipped 3 rooms and then departs for his 'inner sanctum'. We had a great time - a five hour session, where I was beaten, hooked, hung from the ceiling and so on.

As much as we enjoyed ourselves, there was just too much. Whilst there's every conceivable apparatus and gadget in the BDSM universe, there's just not enough space to operate without bumping into things. The pictures on his website are indicative of the dungeon.

We're looking at Facility-X next which looks far more minimalist. My partner has been to the Serpent Rooms in the past and said it wasn't for her.

@Sweptwindy17 We’ve tried the London Dungeon - you’ve described it pretty accurately. It was great fun but as you say too much going on and we felt it lacked a bit of privacy. There was also no comfort to be found for rest periods!

@Sweptwindy17 The Serpent Rooms was the other Dungeon we tried. It was ok - main room and the equipment was great but rest of facilities a bit lacking. Facility X on the list. If anyone has tried that one please do comment.

Just an update in case anyone has a similar question. My FWB and I visited Facility X aka Bunkhaus recently. It's a fully equipped sex studio in C London. It's a fabulous place, containing the necessary furniture, but above all, a large amount of space, proper temperature and lighting control. And a kitchen/ lounge for chilling.

Showpieces are: whipping bench in front of a large mirror. Motorised hoist, gynaecological chair, sex sling and a steel framed bed with attachment points. All manner of chain lengths are provided as are floggers and paddles. They've even thought of leaving an extension lead out.
