I have been told this method works quite well, even for the mammarially challenged:

The woman wears a sports bra. She sits upright, leaning back slightly, supporting herself with her hands. The man is astride her, ie, cowgirl but role reversed. Breast frottage then proceeds by man thrusting under the bra band & holding breasts in place as required.

@Catullus5 I think that's perhaps my point here. The importance of mutual pleasure in any sex act including the subject of this particular thread. I wouldn't really feel comfortable doing something which DW didn't especially enjoy.
