It's a lovely thing to do. My DW is also quite petit and when we do this it's normally with her kneeling above me, perhaps combined with oral.

After discovering a particularly good lube a few years ago (I'm just being a bit cautious about advertising the brand) we now use that for pretty much everything we do. We've not tried it for this yet but you've put in my mind a great idea!

@Judeisnotobscure well I might suggest something silicone based as you don't want to re-apply after you've begun. I for one am not a fan of the oils as they can be a little raspy.

It's also really difficult to move them up and down and keep your boobs together. It makes for quite the awkward situation tbh.

The only thing I've read that might be easier is to lay on your back at the Ed of the bed and have your partner thrust between your boobs maybe with a soft bra on?
