Struggling with contraception

Hello, I'm looking for some advice as I'm really struggling to find a method of contraception that works for me. I was on the implant for about 7 years, during which time it completely killed my sex drive to the point where I was repulsed at the thought, and I also had random spotting between periods so the thought of having sex and depositing blood on someone gave me the absolute ick!

Since having the implant removed my sex drive has returned and is better than ever, I've met someone new and we're having a great time, but obviously I'm concerned about becoming pregnant. I am struggling to find an alternative to the implant which doesn't involve either loss of libido or spotting, but there just doesn't seem to be anything available!

We've used condoms but they're splitting quite regularly and it's just sapping the fun out of it for both of us.

Really not sure what to do! Neither of us want more children but we're early 30s so sterilisation seems like a big step at this point (for either of us).

Anyone have any suggestions?! TIA!

Copper IUD. You may spot for a bit after insertion but otherwise it's great.

Mirena coil is great. Not had a period since it was inserted 2 years ago.
