Swingers/fetish/sex clubs advice.

Regular poster on MN didn't want to post this under my regular name.

Been single for 8 months after 10+ years of marriage. No children (not through choice, fertility issues), that's sadly what ended our relationship.

Since being single I have toyed with the idea of venturing into the world of sex clubs etc. It is something I've always been curious about but being married for so long and my ex husband really not into that scene I shelved it out of respect for him. Now I am 'free and single' I have been looking into going to one more and more.

I'm very adventurous (if you know what I mean) so I am keen on taking the plunge so to speak, but I just need a gentle nudge from anyone who's done this alone and not with a partner.

What can I expect as a single woman?
Any recommendations on good clubs? I can travel anywhere.

I am late 30s.

TY in advance.

This is a very common scenario. Enjoy your new freedom. Have you joined any online sites like fetlife or fabswingers? You could start by chatting to people there or go to munches/social events if you want to get to know people first? Be aware that the fetish scene is full of predatory men looking for new naive victims they can 'dom' ie go beyond all agreed boundaries and sexually assault, so be cautious.
I like Townhouse. The people who run it are super friendly and will watch out for you.
Choose a club night that suits what you are looking for and go explore.

look up killing kittens

I used to go alone to sex clubs in the north west - great fun times! Feel free to PM me :)

Another vote for killing kittens. They hold regular parties, mostly in London. Hedonism is in a spa so hot and steamy. Kabaret includes dinner and a show so is great for newbies - even if you don't play it's a good night out. Mansion, as the name suggests, is in a huge house with lots of playrooms. Kreatures of the Night is in a large club venue. Clitorati is a women only party. A party ticket is usually £50-£75.

As a single women you can attend any of the parties alone or with a male guest. No unaccompanied men are allowed at parties. They have to remain in the vicinity of their partner and cannot approach women uninvited. So you don't get the "wanking dead" seen at other parties.

You can get to know people on the chat groups and there will be a specific chat group for your party which opens a fortnight beforehand. Someone usually arranged pre-drinks at a local bar so you can meet people without marks. Lots of single girls will agree to meet there and walk into the venue together.

Masks are worn at parties until around 11pm when play starts. So there's a good opportunity to just drink, dance and meet people while still clothed. No pressure or expectation to do anything you're not comfortable with.

Although condoms are provided I always take some in a bag with wet wipes, lube, breath mints and a sheer robe. You can take a phone but must keep it in your bag.

KK hostesses are on hand throughout the venue if you have an issue or just get a bit overwhelmed and need to decompress somewhere quiet,

Just go and do a reccy on a club the biggest misconception is that people rip there clothes off and shag as soon as they put the foot in the door
there’s a great social aspect of like minded people happy to chat and advise

Bard6817 · 31/12/2022 00:07

KK has a good rep, but can be difficult to get into if you aren’t a 9 or a 10.

But my favourite is Vanilla Alternative…. Largest hot tub i’ve ever been in, decent facilities, friendly staff. Just meet nice people and see where things take you.

Go for it. I've been to a lot of clubs, 18 in total. If you want any advice then message me.
