I can’t say I look down at a man’s crutch whilst walking down the street but I do look at mens faces and notice things like their eyes, hair, lips etc. I think in that guys case, it was very obvious that you could see his cock under his trousers due to the size of it so I can understand how people would notice and look.

Only if I found them attractive, otherwise I'm not bothered, but to be honest I don't really look at men in the street at all. If I fancy an actor I will look for naked pictures of them.

I’m “reading” the person – their posture, their appearance, their clothes, their demeanour, their facial expression. If that person is male I will have registered whether or not there’s a bulge.
