I'm looking for one to stay inside during sex and not one for 'training'/prep for anal sex.

You need to purchase something with a long, thin neck. They aren't particularly easy to find, but we managed to source some hollow ones that contained metal weights. The sensation as the weights moved with thrusting was very much appreciated.

This is the gigantic version; we got a set of three much smaller ones and found them to really stay in place when making love. Everyone's sphincter is going to be different, but we discovered that the really long, thin neck allowed my partner's sphincter to close around it really well. It meant that the plug stayed where it was supposed to and gave a sensation of being full without the sphincter feeling as though it was in any way stretched.
