Prince Albert Piercing

My hubby is in his early 30's and talked about getting a Prince Albert piercing for some time now. I wouldn't mind at all and have always told him to get it done as I'm quite excited by the idea. I think he is going to get one soon so just wondered if anyone / partners had one and experiences with this good or bad?

I've had one for years and like it but having said that I think experience will vary. Much depends of the jewellery you wear in it. Obviously it will be made out of a relatively narrow gauge material to start with but it is fairly easy to stretch it up to a much thicker and heavier gauge. I went up to 00g (10mm) but it was like always having a weight hanging on the end, not really practical for penetrative sex and downright dangerous for oral sex with a significant risk of dental damage.
I now wear a much smaller smooth segment ring, about the diameter of a pound coin and about half the gauge. This is very comfortable and never comes out.
In terms of feel it is a nice extra tingle for me and much the same for my partner, although I totally understand that not every woman will even feel that it is there. It's not a magic orgasm ring by any means and I have found it is generally a good idea to forewarn any new partner, although most are intrigued or interested even if it hadn't crossed their minds before.
I did my own after researching appropriate safe technique but it really isn't an easy thing to push a needle through your own flesh so I don't really recommend that as the best way to go.

Not sure myself but one of the couples we go out with and are close with are both pierced down there and seem to highly recommend them. She has said that we would both love if if my hubby got the PA piercing and also that getting her clit hood pierced was the best things she's done and all ladies should get this. Apparently if you are a vibrator user you won't be able to leave it alone once you have a piercing down there!

Not really because the new hole is filled with the jewellery. Having said that, the wee can run out in unexpected directions. Sitting down in best until you learn to control it.

@SlightlyDifferent I have been toying with getting this done for a couple of years. Had my nipples done a few years ago, but I had some issues with them, and I had to take them out.

How was the piercing itself painwise, and how long did it take to heal?

It's a breeze compared with nipples. OK to put into service after a few weeks.

Really? I'm surprised its easier than nipples, altho my nipple ones were put in slightly the wrong place, and eventually started being pushed outwards through the front, so had no end of pain and hassle with them. I have found a good piercer now, who I completely trust.

PA is a fairly easy piercing. It looks good but only goes through a thin piece of flesh. There are much more extreme cock piercings like ampallang or apadravya, I imagine they really must sting quite a bit.

I've seen those, they look hardcore! PA will be plenty for me!

Agree with @chocolateonmyface and I really like the look of them on a penis. would like my hubby to get one but it is not something I think he has ever thought about.
