Question about lube

Newbie female here. I’m using a water-based lube and wondering, do I need to wash it off afterwards or do you leave it?

I always give myself a wipe. Just because that much moisture feels weird.

Never use oil based lube . They killed my vibrators 😥

Up to you we don't especially.

Side note different lubes can affect sensitivity as well I prefer water based but my DW prefers Silicon as it's not cold from the get go and doesn't need as much reapplication if you are there, you know, for a while.
