Sex, 40's and baggy vaginas

I've never been a 'sexpert' or had a huge sex drive. I am in my 40s with tween kids and am increasingly feeling I have a 'baggy' vagina. DH and I are pretty conventional- mainly missionary and occasional me on top and not that often.
In the last year or two DH seems to have to push about more / push his hips up / lasts longer-(so long I have to take a break), with me on top. It also doesn't feel as intense with him on top - more tricky to get a tighter position although we get there. I'm thinking it's my baggy bits that have turned from a hose pipe to a sluice pipe sized!!??
Any advice on how to improve things? What's happening? I'm having a bit of a mid life and don't want to write myself off in my early 40's!!

Did you post before? I suggested you try spoons for the way you can grip.

Think they mean position ..don't be inserting the dessert spoons thinking it'll help pelvic floor issues Grin

@JaniieJones instead of 'on top' I presume. Ha e tries that in the past. He falls out and not facing each other isn't for me

Pelvic floor exercises will make a big difference if you do them everyday. Boring but true.

I bought a Kegal 8 machine on the promise it would tighten me up and a lot of good reviews. I only tried it once, wasn't for me. But could look in to it as an option ?

Download the Squeezy app. It’s great and you get reminders and a prog to follow. This ensures I do mine 2 times a day every day. You have to be consistent. It won’t work otherwise - like any muscle training🙂

I started pelvic floor exercises after first baby and never really stopped. Late 40s now. So easy to do anywhere.

Love it when DP gasps when I squeeze!

Great tips thanks. It's something I've always meant to do and briefly dabbled in and out of but not got the routine. I don't think I'd use a machine either @Annabananna1

Yoga for pelvic floor!
Squeeze as I go. As someone who sneezes a lot I have to be mindful. Plus a good pelvic floor makes sex so enjoyable.
