UTI/Thrush after Sex

I’ve recently had thrush which seemed to happen a couple of days after sex with DH, all cleared up but after we had sex again, a couple of days later I’ve got symptoms of it again, also I have some minor cramping in the middle of my pelvic area this time. Could this be a UTI too? DH had no symptoms of thrush so did not treat himself. I am going to contact a GP tomorrow but wanted to know if anyone experienced this. (TMI) He does finger me quite deeply which has been a more recent thing, I wonder if that could be causing it?

Hi, yes I have had this exact scenario. You pass it backwards and forwards to each other. I
Take the tablet and my partner takes the tablet at the same time, don't have sex for at least 3 days and it should sort it's sent out. I can't remember the name its flucox a something it's available to buy from the pharmacy/ Superdrug over counter.

Looking ahead, to assist with further prevention, always wee after sex. That was one tip from my, more liberated than some, mother.

Like StarlightLady I have to wee after sex otherwise I get horrendous thrush.
