How does a couple go about finding people (F or M+F couples) for the above while maintaining privacy?

We don't want to use the standard dating sites as they're not really set up for that kind of thing plus we have lots of single friends who we'd rather not be seen on Tinder by.

Sex clubs near us look seedy as hell. We looked into Killing Kittens but it would've involved travelling and it all seemed a bit too organised iyswim and we chickened out.

Have you tried swingingheaven? They used to organise social meets, in pubs etc that were purely social. We went to a couple which were quite good, but didn't end up going to the actual swinger meets, for various reasons.

Maybe it's different for men (assuming you are male) but my experience on there was mostly just nasty, explicit messages from staggeringly unattractive people who I wouldn't touch with someone else's.

This was quite a few years ago mind you so it might have changed since then.
