Finding it harder to orgasm

It's never been easy to orgasm but it has improved a lot since getting the satisfyer and a peri 'surge' of hormones. But recently it's taking longer and longer both alone and with DH. Anyone else had this? Any tips or ideas?

I'd try another toy. Orgasms from the satisfyer are amazing but for me it can take a while. I orgasm faster with a rabbit.

Thanks, I do have a vibrator as well and using both together is better, but good to try something new! I've had a look and there are a lot of different types, is it worth splashing out for a rotating, thrusting one?!?

I've tried a lot of rabbits. My favorite is one I got from Ann Summers years ago that they don't make anymore. Personally the shaft doesn't really do anything for me, it's the ears on the clit I like. I find the larger models better, the ones where the ear part is small doesn't do much for me.
