Thigh cramp when I orgasm?

Does anyone else get this?
Its quite a recent thing, only over the last maybe 18 months or so, that I’ve been getting really painful cramp in both thighs when I orgasm
Its making me dread it slightly tbh

Has anyone else had this? What can I do?? 😩

Not thigh but I regularly get cramps in my calf when having sex it’s really annoying. I will move sometimes and know I’m about to get one 🙄

Quinine eases cramps, so keep a bottle of tonic water handy. Gin optional!

General cramp advice really - stay hydrated and lots of stretching before physical/sexual exercise!

I get this - mostly because I stiffen my legs when I orgasm, it's a leg pain I'm willing to suffer!!

Drink more water.
