Is it normal to be so horny after not having sex for over a week, usually fairly consistent (4 times a week maybe more) it's all I can think about.

Anyone with any advice?

If you have something regularly and then don't have it, I'd say it's fairly normal to miss it and want it. KitKats, swimming, mumsnetting, sex 🤷🏻‍♀️. It's not very mysterious is it?

the simple answer is yes, and for some of us, that feeling doesn't go away even if our partner's capacity declines. it's bloody rubbish. Knocking a quick one out deals with the symptoms for a short time but isn't the same.
