So chaps, looking for advice.
My OH is able to get an erection however it isn’t as hard as before and at times, not hard enough to enter me.
Having oral sex he can come even though his erection isn’t ‘normal’ size.
Naturally he’s embarrassed to discuss and thinks all is ok because it still ‘works’ albeit differently. I’m also beginning to miss out on penetration even though he delights me in other ways.
As a result I’m feeling out of sorts when I’m working him but it doesn’t respond to ‘normal’ size.
Any tips to help appreciated!

Assuming he has no underlying health conditions and is not very over weight or has heart/circulation issues then I'd start by taking L-arginine or L citruline daily. Available from most health food shops. It is metabolized to nitric oxide which is used by the body when an erection develops. The theory is more nitric oxide equals better erection. While not scientifically proven both L arginine and I citruline are anecdotally said to give us men harder erections. I take L citruline and would say it helps. If he smokes..stop smoking, exercise, healthy diet etc...
Occasionally if we are anticipating a long session I will take a low dose of viagra. It does work! It will certainly give him a hard on but wise to get a health check first as inability to get an erection or maintain one is sometimes a sign of circulation issues which may need to be addressed. Good luck

@Menopausalcraziness - you don't say how old he is, but men over 40 can experience ED, and it can become a vicious circle if it gets into their head...

Could be low testosterone, blood pressure, stress, or a hundred other things - definitely worth getting the physical side of things checked out.

Viagra is available over the counter, but can be prescribed.

Thanks @AverageGuy and @Sparkybloke for these responses.. He has an appointment with his DR about recent blood tests as he is over 40. I doubt he will mention it to the dr so I’ll save this info for after his appointment.

It's a tough thing to admit to oneself, never mind a doctor...

Id maybe suggest some gentle encouragement to talk to the professionals.

Upvote for Averageguys response. Things started to change as I got beyond 45, so a little chemical help goes a long way occasionally. Even if it just resets the nagging voice in the back of the mind which breaks the vicious cycle.

Possibly TMI but I found as I got older I needed a firmer touch to get the same effect too. Something worth bearing in mind.
