Yes I know I should just ask but it is a complicated scenario and a very shy man so would appreciate any insights.

Yes, and I believe it is usually due to genetic abnormalities.

Yes. Definitely. I've experienced that. I'm on meds for a bladder issue. A side effect is a "dry ejaculation", which has occurred occasionally. I've been accused of faking it in the past..Shock

In my experience, possible to reach orgasm without ejaculating but you have to ease up or it happens.

Yes it is possible to orgasm without ejaculation.
I have a friend who has recently been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate -query cancer -and the consultant said he could prescribe medication where this was a side effect.

Yes, I had an operation called TURP due to an enlarged Prostate. I have dry ejaculations but it only slightly affects enjoyment.

Yes. However it's not a particularly pleasant experience - in my experience at least. There's a kind of pronounced shudder, but no real physical relief and the wonderful feeling of relaxation that comes after orgasm and ejaculation.

HowlongWillThisTakeNow · 19/04/2022 12:18

Yes, happens sometimes
I have also faked it sometimes to draw a “natural conclusion” to proceedings when I know I won’t be able to finish

AverageGuy · 19/04/2022 12:28

Yes. Definitely possible. It's also possible for a man to separate orgasm and ejaculation, leading to a multi-orgasmic male... Shock

It does take time, training, and help, but it can be done!

FlowersOfAldershot · 23/04/2022 00:51

Yes absolutely they can. And not through a medical condition or meds side effects. Easier on their own as can dictate the pace and stop and apply pressure to stop the ejaculation. Then carry on. Get the physical pulsing of the orgasm, which feels nice, but don't drop off to sleep (!) and can continue to another non ejaculated orgasm or a full orgasm. So, yes multi orgasmic man is a thing. Never met a woman who new how to assist with it though.
