Due to a number of factors (mainly lockdown) I am now rocking a very full and healthy bush. DP seems to like it so probably leaving it for now. We are off to Lanzarote in a few weeks and going to try a naturist beach and not sure If I should shave? Anyone any experience of this, or also re-discovering the pleasures of not waxing or shaving?

You be comfortable lass. If you like your bush, then be proud of it in Lanzarote.

(And take a razor with you in case you feel paranoid when you see others)

In my experience you will see every variation on a naturist beach just go as you please .

Well do what you want but if happy and DH is the. Sounds better leaving it. For me personally, I would be booked in pronto for a full wax!

We are naturists and the trend seems to be for smooth, most of our friends are smooth but not all, nobody cares it is totally what you prefer

Personally, l can’t remember when l last looked in a mirror and saw myself with pubic hair. But it’s 100% personal choice. You are likely to find a mix, so do exactly what you want.

Also noting, yes, naturism in The Canaries tends generally to be smooth.

I’d your happy with it. Then why change it to something you aren’t happy with just to go to a beach?

I wouldn’t wax just because of the beach. But then I’m pro bush.

Keep it, a full bush is sexy and too uncommon nowadays, my man loves it and then some.

Just go with whatever will make you feel more comfortable. Nudist beaches tend to have more shaved/waxed people, but the full bush is coming back in trend. You certainly won't be judged, so if your confident like that, then rock it.

Although a resurrected thread I will comment having recently been to the Canaries and tried a naturist beach for the first time after some pestering from the OH. As a previous post said, certainly on this beach I would say 80-90% of those on the naturist beach were totally smooth/bare. I was as well but only as I’d had a full wax the day before we travelled anyway. We hadn’t discussed visiting a naturist beach until we arrived.

Although nervous and wasn’t sure I would go nude (there were a small number not so didn’t feel pressured) I did strip off after an hour and it did feel good. Just strange knowing you are looked at and people can see everything…prob the advantage of a bush is not feeling as exposed! I did feel people were looking but probably I was just more conscious as a first timer.

The beach was beautiful but was a little off from the main areas but very picturesque.
