It's always been like this, it can take a little while for him to if we are doing hands/oral etc but as soon as he's inside me it's not long before he's ready to cum. It's great that he feels nice being inside you is the first thing to say. I always felt really good when a guy said things like that or 'You've got a lovely vagina" or words to that effect. But to deal with the cumming too soon - what if you get him to cum thru hands/oral, then have full sex once he can get hard again? He shouldn't be so quick on the draw then. Or use a delay condom? OK, it's always better without but at least he should last longer.

If he can recover quickly it could work to bring him off then go for the PIV

If you specifically look for the delay condoms, they just have an internal coating of a local anaesthetic often lidocaine or benzocaine, those might well help, or just look for a delay spray that contains either ingredient

This involves squeezing the end of the penis when you are just about to ejaculate.
