You could try Killing Kittens - Female led.

Another vote for Killing Kittens. Quite a few Mumsnetters on there it seems!

As @AverageGuy says, it's female led so there's a huge emphasis on respect and honesty. I've seen guys call out other men who've been creepy or weird. So you get less single guys looking for hookups and wank fodder.

Lots of socials and workshops to get to know other swingers. And of course the infamous masked parties..!

There are swingers clubs, but I'm not sure the OP was asking about those.

@nonicks - If you were, Fabswingers has a forum that details most of the swingers clubs in the UK, with reviews from Fab members.

There are usually upwards of 300 people at KK parties and they take place at least once a fortnight. The one at ministry of sound had 900 people! But apparently we were tame compared to Torture Garden who'd hired the venue the following night!

So more popular than you might think...

Where do you live ? Fabswingers isn’t used by a lot of the community now for various reasons. If you google swingers or sex clubs they will come up local to you. They also often have forums attached
