Did not want to derail another thread where this device was recommended for tightening below, but looked on Amazon and there are a variety ranging from £1119- £197.
Have no prolapse and no vaginal births only Caesarian but would like to improve muscle/tightness -what do people recommend? TIA

I have an Intima pelvic floor trainer. I use it once or twice a day and when I've stuck to it, I've seen an improvement in a month or so. It tells me I'm getting stronger. It's important to understand what you're doing too, it's not just about clenching or stopping weeing.

Sorry, Intimina. It was in the £40-60 price range.

Thank you!

I think it was me that mentioned the Kegel 8. I have the K8 ultra, it was around £170. I use it twice a day.

It has had a remarkable effect on my Pelvic floor. I got it for prolapse (rectal), and it has helped with that and also generally. I'm a great fan.
