Any recommendations for sex podcasts for middle aged people? So podcasts that talk about sex, not erotic podcasts.
The ones I've tried so far can be interesting, but I just can't relate to women 20 years or more younger than me. I'm sure they're lovely people and know what they're talking about, but I just don't have the same life as 20 somethings.

I enjoyed Sara Pascoe's "Sex, Power & Money" series. Not just about sex but interviews sex workers, strippers and not as funny as you'd think she would make it but very thought provoking and educational

The Pleasure Mechanics, Speaking of Sex podcast - something for everyone.

Sexpots is great for women of all ages! The earlier episodes they just pull different topics out a hat and discuss.

Episodes from say mid last year they get someone on to talk about their sexual journey.

Lovehoney have a series of podcasts. Topics vary each episode but im sure you will find something there

We listen to the bedhoppers podcast when the kids are in school

Its about swinging (or 'the lifestyle' as they call it)

But its quite funny and covers a lot of aspects of sex and emotional considerations around it
