Tips to tackle premature ejaculation

So, DH and I are in a mid-40s (cough, me in my late 40s). We've been together 12 years. DH has always been rather quick off the mark. But mostly it's been manageable. Decent sex life and all that.

Recently, though now I struggle to tell you now long, the "quick off the mark" is more of a problem for DH as well as me. But we're just getting ready so that we can talk about it. He comes before I'm ready, and he comes before he wants to.

What practical steps can we take to deal with this?

TIA x

Cock rings, look them up, non evasive, and easy to use, fairly cheap too

You have a few options,
The easiest is get him to “knock one out”, so to speak a few hours before sex, so it lasts longer, in round 2
then you have condoms, specifically the delay ones,
The you have sprays / creams with benzocaine in them ( skin numbing agent)
This kinda stuff

Not sure a cock ring will help with the PJ, but would help maintain an erection

Final option is too have sex, then try again a few hours later

Try Googling the Squeeze Technique.

Can you not worry about it and just go for round 2 after he's reloaded?

Plenty of lubrication.

You are basically fighting nature, ie: intercourse is designed to cause friction between penis and vagina, which causes ejaculation and the glorious continuation of the species LOL

Lessen the friction and you'll up the chances of any man lasting longer.
