Slight bleed after sex. Do I need to worry?

This morning I had sex for the first time in 18 months. It wasn't painful but I did get a slight pain when doing doggy style (sorry I hate that term) which i get sometimes which means I've had a tiny tear. I've had it a few times and always heals fine. Anyway, there was some spotting from that when I wiped after we'd finished.
But I also bled a little from inside, like period blood. Not loads but there's been some in the tissue every time I go to the toilet today.
I've never had this before and I've gone for long periods without sex like this in the past.
I'm 32, am up to date with my smears. I did have a follow up after my last smear last year to check abnormal cells but all came back clear. I have a Dd but was c section. Also, not due on my period. Anyone had this and could tell me if its OK or something I should be checked for?

Also the tear is still spotting bright red blood when I wipe as well

I had bleeding after a slight tear and it healed by itself. The other spotting could be due to a polyp, I'd get checked by your GP. See what happens next time you have sex too.

It's probably nothing but I'd still go to the gp to make sure.

I occasionally have this, I had it checked and mine is due to a cervical ectropion; apparently it's a common condition where some cells from inside the cervix come to the outside of the cervix. The GP found it straight away and said it was nothing to worry about.
