I'm in a very long term relationship, married with children. Good sex life but I always feel embarrassed when I go on top so I rarely do it.
It feels like I don't know how to do it!! I have watched some porn but still feels like I'm no good!! Any tips please

I am not exactly sure what you are asking here or why you feel embarrassed on top. I prefer it.

I'm the same. I think a woman on top often feels very 'on show'. I get over this by leaning forward rather than sitting upright, if that makes sense. But I still do it rarely.

Being on top is surely not limited to sitting upright .What about lying on top ?

I don't go on top very often either, but my DP loves it when I do. I tend to lean forward, and move my hips up and down, or if I'm more upright, I move backwards and forwards and sort of grind a bit? Iyswim? Its the only way I can orgasm through penetration alone.

When bolt upright or leaning back a bit, how do you go up and down? I can't lift myself up when I'm on my knees like that. Is it because I have short legs?

@honeybuns007, agree with @havecourage8bekind, I don’t go up and down that wld be exhausting on the legs, I go back and forward as I like rubbing against the belly fur. Also like it if partner is sitting up just a bit, or if he is sitting upright say on edge of bed, as I find that gives my clit the best contact/friction, and I can hang on to him for more speedy action too.

Ok, I'd say, if you are on top to just focus on your own pleasure. The other positions focus on in/out motion, but while on top, leaning back and grinding forwards and back is pretty wow!
