Itchy, burning vulva, thick cottage cheese discharge. You can buy a pill and pessary OTC at the pharmacist. Or go to the doc, the pharm is probably cheaper than a prescription these days.

@user1489870574 you will probably need to treat your partner too, if you have got thrush. Very easy to reinfect each other.
