Outside of MN, Fetlife caters for pretty much everything you can think of (and everything you can't ).

There are subreddits dedicated to sex and female sexuality more specifically too. Lots of Americans though but they have the same bits as us

Reddit has many subs, try r/sex but can end up with many younger posters. Try r/sexover30 is very interesting with wide range of views and advice. There is then the 40,50 & 60 versions although not that many daily posts. Within those you will get a few NSFW ie make sure no-ones looking over your shoulder. Many others but not wanting to detract from this site!

TwoXSex is a woman focused sex discussion subreddit as well
