Boyfriend sometimes doesn't climax

Hi. NC for this thread. I'm hoping to find some reassurance from men on here. I've been with my BF for about 8 months. Sex is generally really great with us and I'm really happy. Only issue is occassionally he is unable to cum - this generally happens if we've had sex the night before...and then this happens in the morning. This can be an advantage to me as he goes longer and I'm more likely to climax myself. I can't help though but worry that somehow I'm not exciting him enough and that's why he doesn't always cum. From a man's point of view is this an issue at all...could he be getting frustrated and I need to be trying something else with him? I've asked him if there's anything he'd like me to do and he says not and he's just worn out. We're in our 40's. This doesn't happen all the time just every now and then. Thanks in advance.

It shouldn't be any different to you not climaxing every time.

My husband does't climax at all any more.

It's something that varies from man to man and from time to time.

Can he come while masturbating?

Has something changed, apart from being older? Stress is one cause, and given the past year...

Sometimes the mood just leaves..
Yes tiredness
Yes teens not going to bed
Yes work stress.

I find it best to avoid dehydration, getting too hot and not watching news helps.

Plus time apart each day.

Less friction with the previous nights fluid inside ☺️ had experience of this here and been told this is the reason

Not a man but I think it's quite normal for this to happen from time to time! Especially if you already had sex the night before. If my partner and I have had sex or he's masturbated recently (within the last 24 hours) he often won't finish either.

As long as it doesn't happen very frequently I don't think it's anything to worry about.

Once upon a time.....

I used to go past the point of cuming. It was as if the nerves on my penis went past the point of sensitivity and just were not receptive to any more stimulation.

Thanks for the responses. It does seem it's unlikely to be anything to worry about.
I did think it was probably down to the fact we'd had sex the previous evening. As we're not living together I guess we're ...um.....making the most of when we are together 😉.

This is really interesting as I find I get this with my clit!!! Frustrating!
