It’s that time of the year again where some people reflect on their sexual activities over the past year. On one of the Reddit forums I follow there is a detailed and anal (pun intended but not about that) data thread of how much and type of sex they have experienced over the past year and comparisons with previous years. It’s quite a long thread with quite a few M & F couples posters. I didn’t realise people actually go into forensic detail to record this amount of info on spreadsheets and apps to reassess each year how their relationships are progressing. I can see that there could be negatives for instigating a discussion with your partner if things were not going as you would like but there can also be positives to see what each other May like to do differently.
Whilst some people use excel and Google calendar others use an app called Nice.
Do others here undertake the exercise and has anyone used Nice if so is it any good?
