In brief: I'm male, I have a long-term FWB who asked me to participate in a MMF trio. For various reasons it's something I would hate so I refused however I offered to do a trio of sorts: her, me and a dildo/vibrator. She accepted with enthusiasm and doesn't own a toy so I want to buy one.

My query (and I have no idea): is it possible to use this toy whilst simultaneously having anal sex? Or does it require a lack of movement and/or a certain position that precludes doing much else at the same time? Would it just be easier to get a penis style vibrator? My friend has only ever experienced a penis style vibrator and I am reluctant to offer to buy a Satisfyer if it can't work in a trio simulation. More info: some of you may suggest that I get the Satisfyer regardless as it will give my friend great orgasms. I love watching her get turned on and having orgasms and it takes a lot of time and effort for her to reach orgasm so it's possible she would love the Satisfyer.
On the other hand after orgasm she doesn't even like to acknowledge my presence. This makes me worry that if she had an orgasm from the Satisfyer that would be the end of any sexual activity until her next visit.
