Role play interview help!

MissBWillSeeYouNow · 01/10/2020 13:02

FWB is coming over tomorrow night. The plan was a bath and some watersports. No problem.

However, the conversation has now moved on and he's asked that when he arrives I "interview" him about why he should be allowed to bathe with me.

I've got no issue with a bit of role play but I can't think of any questions. Help!

Can you treat it like a job interview?
What experience do you have in doing this work?
What was your greatest achievement while in the bath with a FWB?
What are your ambitions?
Do you feel that your past experiences equip you for this demanding and important role?
etc

Cakeandcustard123 · 01/10/2020 19:54

Is he into being submissive and you being dominant and this is his way of getting you to take control maybe?

Cakeandcustard123 · 01/10/2020 20:02

Maybe ask for some practical demonstrations as part of the interview process Grin

MissBWillSeeYouNow · 01/10/2020 20:44

Thanks for the replies. Yes this is his way of getting me to take control.

In real life usually he takes the lead but I think he wants a night off and I'm happy to give him that, I'm just not sure what to ask Grin

A practical demonstration of his skills has already been listed as an interview task Grin

His instructions were to take him through to the living room and interview him as to why he deserves to be allowed to bathe with me. So a job interview type scenario I think.

Are we talking waterskiing or wakeboarding? 😂

Another interview question maybe - “where does he see himself in 5 years”?

MissBWillSeeYouNow · 02/10/2020 07:06

@SynchroSwimmer Grin

I think I'll get him to sit down, do the usual pleasantries and then a few questions.

What made you interested in the role?
What skills do you think you bring to the table?
Are you sure you'll be able to meet all of my requirements?
I'm still not convinced, can you give me a practical demonstration of your skills to help me make up my mind Grin

I don't want to waste too much time before the main event!

Sounds fun.
I would ask ‘So can you describe for me exactly how you would go about performing x?’
Get him to describe it in great detail.

rslsys · 02/10/2020 19:24

You could subtly hint there are other applicants for the post . . . .

Hahaha 😂 😂

Yes after a few questions say 'Thank you very much, we'll be in touch' and show him the door 😂

MissBWillSeeYouNow · 03/10/2020 09:07

Thanks for the suggestions. I can safely say a good time was had by all last night Grin

And I didn't say I was considering other applicants but I did make him stand on the doorstep and wait for 5 minutes because he was early.

He was visibly nervous during the "interview" which was fascinating to watch because he's usually very confident and self assured, especially when it comes to the bedroom.

Paul 72 is probably the best suggestion.but also another one who said that there are other candidates to interview later..

I am an oldie. so would ask them to sit in the living room and fill in a questionaire, and to contact me next week, as I like to have a bath on my own, and one of my cats always sits on the side of the bath, and he doesn't like water sports at all.

Perhaps he had a full bladder Grin

MissBWillSeeYouNow · 07/10/2020 16:40

Grin @noego. I was the one doing the err... giving so I was very much wanting to move things along quickly!

I did some role play quite recently. I was interviewing for a new role at my business. Once I'd stopped giggling to myself I really enjoyed it.

You need a plan in advance. I'd got my questions and tasks all planed. My FWBs really enjoyed it.
