I’m curious if this is a thing and do lip size/plumpness have a real effect on oral for a man?
I’m not blessed with big or full lips, plus I have quite a small mouth and strong gag reflex, and I’ve never had confidence giving oral.
My best friend LOVES it, and gets high praise From partners and told she’s got DSLs all the time.

Am I doomed to never give good head if I can’t fit it all in my mouth?

No idea but porn star lips sound awful....speaking personally the sensitivity is at the end of the penis so there seems no benefit for me to fit it all in my partners mouth...she focuses on the end two or three inches of my cock..tongue and lips....I love my balls being gently massaged at the same time....works for me....and I'm sure any partner will love what ever you do.....no need to compare with the talents of others IMO!

IME lip size has nothing to do with it. The best BJs are the ones where they know how and what to do, all men have preferences. I'm not one for seeing my partner gag for example.
This is a matter of education in know how and knowledge of a mans body. Both of which have to be taught by their current lover. Each one of us is different.

In my experience of giving, it's a lot more to do with technique and enthusiasm rather than size of lips and how much you can fit in (using hand and mouth and lots of saliva takes care of that I believe).

From a purely anatomical point of view naturally ‘big lips’ are the result of a certain bone structure combined with a deep upper lip. Artificial enlarged lips are not actually bigger they just stick out, hence the duck face analogy.
I spent my teens hating my big lips, they weren’t fashionable then. I have grown to love them though. Whether they enhance oral sex, I don’t know, but DH always claims I give the best bjs. IF I was a man, I would be half scared to death being approached by those big hideous and highly inflated lip jobs.They probably would look much worse whilst doing a BJ.
