This is a problem I have had since having my youngest child. If my bladder is not too full then sometimes I can get away with it, almost all other times (especially if I come really hard) I leak a little, or sometimes quite a lot, of urine when I orgasm. My last partner was fine with it, but I found it embarrassing and it sometimes detracted from the enjoyment or made me too inhibited to let go and have an orgasm.
Now I am in a new relationship and while it hasn't got to the sexual stage yet we would both like it to. I don't know whether to say something in advance, hope I can pass it off as normal wetness, or see if it happens and then be honest about it if needed? If there's a big build up beforehand and then I come hard, sometimes it can leave a large wet patch, so I know I probably have to speak about it. I have considered faking orgasm rather than have to discuss it with a new person!
I do do pelvic floor exercises but unfortunately it doesn't seem to solve the issue.
I read a recent thread by a poster who had trouble orgasming with a partner and noticed a lot of women on there talking about leaking urine sometimes. I wondered, is it quite common and just not talked about? Do your partners know about it, and do they mind?
I hope nobody minds me asking this, I'm not a troll or fetishist, this is a genuine problem I have.
