Pardon the pun but I am a bit stressed about this. I need to know if male circumcision (which may be indicated for frenular shortness too) is in any way helpful in a situation where a female partner has HSV2 and an elevated cervical cancer risk. I know condoms are by far the highest protection factor, but I just wondered if this procedure could offer the possibility of unprotected sex during non flare ups, as I am in a new relationship and this is pertinent. Thanks

I think you need to read up on syphilis. The dos and don'ts. I don't think circumcision has anything to do with catching it.
But in fairness it wasn't easy to work out what you were asking
