Ok so I'm so freaked out by this.

Poo is an inevitable risk of butt play. If you're worried about it, tell him! You don't have to mention about what happened last time, just say you're concerned about it happening in future. Nothing to be embarrassed about.

I had the same experience but genders reversed. Had a GF who liked a finger up the bum during oral and, if I could get the position right, during PIV. Just once in, perhaps, 50 or more times, I got poop on my finger. I discretely washed it off, didn’t mention it and it never happened again. It’s a bit like getting blood on fingers or penis when playing during period. Both an acceptable hazard of good old down and dirty sex.
