I don't quite see the point for him if there's not an expectation to receive.

Findom is clearly quite serious abuse of people who are very likely mentally ill. I also worry for the wives and children of these men.

I thought it was one dominant person requiring the other to pay him/her money for the 'privilege' of paying them?

Although the definition online suggests the paying party gets a kick out of being financially humiliated, I have actually (although I'd never heard of findom!) seen an absolute psycho try to demand financial slavery from a vulnerable person, and it was the psycho who got the kick out of that power.

It's not just a dominant female getting money from a man. It can be a dominant male getting it from a female.

I dunno but this was a guy. It turns them on apparently “to serve”. Weird -but that’s sex for you.

Well I knew a guy who was turned on by making women serve. I thought he was very weird/scary/destructive but I didn't know there was a special category for him! He kind of ruined my already ruined life, too. So I of course, not being the least turned on by giving someone cash I didn't have, pacified him as was scared of him (another complex, I know!!!!!). Because I was in a highly abusifs and dangerous relationship and trying to get out of it, and this guy posed as a friend/confidant and then started asking to 'borrow' money.

Anyhow it's all fucking stupid and how anyone could like any of it beats me.
