Mine have become more sensitive with age. It's strange considering that I BF my youngest until she was a pre schooler so they were off limits for years. I am really into nipple play now.

Yes! DH also loves nipple stimulation but a little rougher than I do. My nipples became less sensitive after extended breastfeeding and have taken a long time (15yrs) to return to normal.Its my favourite start to foreplay.
