Giving birth to DD put me off sex

Is anyone else in the same boat?

It's been almost 3 years since I last had sex and 2 years since giving birth to DD. And I tell you what, I'd happily go another 3 years without it.
I used to have a high sex drive and admittedly I do still get hornet but I'm satisfied with pleasuring myself. The thought of anything going inside me actually makes me cringe...
I'm single atm anyway and I've retired from casual sex so the opportunity hasn't even presented itself to me in a while. I'm not sure what it'll take for me to actively want to have sex with someone again...

You are single so if you are happy it is fine.

If you decide to start a relationship..then I suspect you might experience issues and it won't be fair on the partner.

Who know...all might change if you meet someone and may ache to have him inside you🥴

@Normalmumandwife I suppose things will change if I meet someone, however if I'm still reluctant to have sex, I won't get into a relationship with anyone as it won't be fair on them as you said

When there's a chance, do it once and see if it changes your current opinion?
If it didn't change your opinion then if you wanted to have the drive back, can ask for help from GP.

If you’d “happily” go years without it, why ask the question? Clearly it’s actually bothering you. I’d happily go years without eating pasta but i don’t ask questions about how I could experiment eating pasta again..

You will probably have the urge to be sexual again if you ever meet a desirable man in the future, as some sexual chemistry will take you over.
